Order Fulfillment Supervisor


Key functions and responsibilities:

  • Manage Daily order activity through SAP, EDI , Commerce HUB, EcUtopia / TrueCommerce and SPS commerce.
  • Review Incoming orders, manage allocation and prioritization with direction of the Sales Executives
  • Ensure that all pricing is updated in SAP to accelerate order processing and timely invoicing.
  • Sample and Marketing orders creation and tracking
  • Track orders and communicate as required with Sales team and the Customer.
  • Process reports from SAP : Invoiced , Uninvoiced and Backorder to ensure accurate allocation numbers in the PSI report
  • Update the PSI report daily
  • Coordinate with Sales VP’s for HA and CE to maximize the sales of the product to meet monthly targets.
  • De-Escalate customer inquiries to increase customer satisfaction experience.
  • Maintain detailed reports on efficiencies of order release, revenue projections and backorder release timelines.
  • Execute inventory reports to ensure orders are released timely and accurately.
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service
  • Amazon / Walmart Vendor compliance monitoring for ON TIME ORDER FILL RATE
  • Escalations to Retail Buyers for RDD adjustments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5 years of Order Management and Customer service experience
  • Minimum of 2 years in supervisory roles
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficient Microsoft Office skills
  • SAP knowledge is an asset
  • Experience with Customers like Wal-Mart, Amazon , Costco , BestBuy is an asset

Experience:

  • order management: 5 years (required)
  • Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
