If your screen has physical damage, like cracks or scratches, it cannot be repaired. Currently, most Hisense screens are irreparable. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Hisense full size refrigerators have a 5-year sealed system warranty on them. If a technician diagnoses your refrigerator with compressor failure, you will need to provide our team with your SN, purchase receipt, address, phone, and a copy of the technician’s inspection report to facilitate an exchange or reselection under our SEALED SYSTEM WARRANTY PROGRAM. Please ensure you retain a copy of their report for your records before they leave the inspection site.
