1. This Promotion is subject to the present Terms and Conditions (the “Promotion Terms”). The Promotion shall only be available (and therefore Participants may only purchase Qualifying Products from) Participating Retailers as defined below (either in-store or online).
2. To be eligible to participate in the Promotion you must be an individual and legal resident, over the age of 18 years old of Canada (each a “Participant”). Businesses are specifically excluded from participating in this Promotion.
3. This Promotion is open to end users of the Qualifying Product only, and is not open to wholesalers, resellers, or retailers.
4. Hisense is offering the Promotion whereby a Participant who purchases a new (i.e. not used, refurbished, ex-display or otherwise not brand new) Hisense product ("Qualifying Product") from any retailer that sells Hisense products in Canada (each a "Participating Retailer") and who completes the steps outlined at (a) – (e) below (i.e. leave a Review) may be eligible to receive a Virtual Mastercard® Prepaid Card, with a retail value of $25.00, subject to availability (“Reward”) and presuming full compliance with these Promotion Terms. Virtual Mastercard® Prepaid Card is issued by Pathward, N.A., Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Mastercard International Incorporated. Mastercard is a registered trademark, and the circles design is a trademark of Mastercard International Incorporated. No cash access or recurring payments. Can be used everywhere Mastercard debit cards are accepted. Card valid for up to 6 months; unused funds will forfeit after the valid through date. Card Terms and Conditions apply.
a) Purchase any qualified Hisense product from authorized channels.
b) Following the applicable purchase in step (a), the Participant must register the Qualifying Product at https://www.hisense-canada.com/en/support/register/.
c) Following registration, the Participant must leave a “Review” on the pop-up window that will automatically appear after the product registration process.
d) Following the submission of a Review, the Participant shall receive a confirmation email from Hisense containing a unique code.
e) Following the submission of a Review (and receipt of an email confirming such), the Participant must visit https://hisenserewards.com/productreview (the “Website”) and provide the unique code they received under sub-paragraph (d) above, along with the email address they used to submit the review.
f) For the avoidance of doubt, Participants may only redeem one (1) Reward per Qualifying Product purchased and Review left, in accordance with these Promotion Terms.
g) Maximum of one (1) Claim per Participant, with each e-mail address eligible to participate only once, in this Promotion.
5. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of submitting the review ("Claim Period"). Claims received outside of this window or not within the Claim Period shall be deemed ineligible and no Reward due.
6. Once a Claim has been received, Participants will receive confirmation of receipt by email. Further on, Participants will receive a second email stating whether or not their Claim has been successful (“Claim Validation”). It is the Participant’s responsibility to contact the customer service team using the email support@hisenserewards.com within seven calendar (7) days of their Claim being submitted if an email acknowledgement has not been received.
7. Provided the Promotion Terms have been met (in relation to a valid Claim being made), Participants will receive a Reward via the email address provided at the point of Claim, instantly upon Claim Validation.
8. Returns or Exchanges of the Qualifying Product will invalidate a Claim and Participants will no longer be eligible to participate in the Promotion and no Reward shall be due (or where paid due back to the Promoter). In the event of an exchange the Participant will need to resubmit their Claim and Registration in accordance with these Promotion Terms and Conditions following return of the applicable Qualifying Product. In the event of either return or exchange of the Qualifying Product the Participant must notify the Promoter immediately via email.
9. The decisions of the Promoter in respect of any, and all aspects of the Promotion will be final and binding. The Promoter reserves the right to close this Promotion, at any time, for any reason and without prior notice.
10. Any illegible, incomplete, erroneous, or manifestly fraudulent application that does not comply with the Program Terms will be considered as non-compliant and will not be eligible for a Reward.
11. The Promoter will not be held responsible for non-receipt of requests due to problems beyond its control, including technical or connectivity.
12. The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid Claims including, without limitation, to require further verification as to proof of purchase, as well as the identity, age, and other relevant details of any Participant.
13. The Promoter will not be responsible or liable for: (a) any failure to receive submissions due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control; (b) any late, lost, misrouted, or damaged transmissions or claims; (c) any computer or communications related malfunctions or failures; (d) any disruptions, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of the Promoter; or (e) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion.
14. By participating this Promotion, Participant consents to the collection and use of any personal information provided by Participant to Promoter for the purpose of this Promotion and (unless opted out) for the Hisense Canada Product Review Program referenced in Condition 12 above.
15. These Promotion Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario.
